limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>Damage caused by improper installation or usage, including usage in temperatures exceeding 50c or in conditions above 80% humidity conditions is excluded from this warranty. This product is suitable for indoor use only, damage caused due to storage/usage outdoors or in exposed conditions is excluded.\u003C/p>\u003Ch3>Forme Pilates Reformer\u003C/h3>\u003Cp>FORME warrants the Forme Pilates machines for commercial use for 5 years on the Frame (2 years on the Rio model), 2 years on the Rail, Gear Bar & Foot Bar, and 1 year on all other componentry including Springs, wheels Straps & other components & upholstery (excluding Shoulder pads), from the date of delivery against failure due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty. Damage caused by improper installation or usage of the reformer, or by exceeding the weigh rating of the reformer (Rio 120kg, Monaco & Osaka 150kg), is excluded from this warranty. This warranty is limited to the supply of replacement parts and excludes labour. This product is suitable for indoor use only, damage caused due to storage/usage outdoors or in exposed conditions is excluded.\u003C/p>\u003Ch3>Forme Move Display\u003C/h3>\u003Cp>FORME Warrants the Forme move display for 1 year from the date of delivery\u003Cbr>Damage caused by improper installation or usage, is excluded from this warranty. This warranty is limited to the supply of replacement parts and excludes labour. This product is suitable for indoor use only, damage caused due to storage/usage outdoors or in exposed conditions is excluded.\u003C/p>\u003Ch3>General Warranty Exclusions\u003C/h3>\u003Cp>• Damaged by earth or ground-fill movement or Acts of God.\u003Cbr>• Damage or warping caused by failure to cover the product when packaged in protective wrap and excessive exposure to sunlight.\u003Cbr>• Damage caused by incorrect electrical installation.\u003Cbr>• Damage caused by rodents or termites .\u003Cbr>• Damage caused by flooding.\u003Cbr>• Damage caused by installation of product or accessory on a unsuitable surface or area.\u003Cbr>• Damage caused by third party carriers.\u003Cbr>• This warranty does not include all commercial installations, i.e. hotels, motels, gyms, sports clubs where larger user numbers are apparent.\u003Cbr>• Fading and weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time and are not considered defects\u003Cbr>• Damage to straps, locks and stitching is not covered under this warranty.\u003Cbr>• This warranty does not cover demo or ‘scratch & dent’ sales.\u003C/p>\u003Cp> \u003C/p>\u003Ch3>WARRANTY LIMITATIONS\u003C/h3>\u003Cp>This warranty is not transferable.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>The products shall not be altered or modified from their original state. This warranty is the only warranty offered by FORME and excludes any other implied or oral undertakings. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alteration with FORME’ prior written consent, accident, acts of God, misuse, abuse, industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by FORME, failure to follow FORME’ Pre-Delivery Instructions, Maintenance guides and Owner’s Manual, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of FORME. If any such defects appear or occur the Purchaser shall inform FORME or its representative by notice in writing within seven days of such defect.
